Leadership
Paul Jackson
Chief Executive OfficerPaul Jackson leads Theos as Chief Executive Officer. His career spans digital forensics, cyber investigations, and incident response across both public and private sectors in the Asia-Pacific region, including senior roles at global financial institutions and law enforcement.
Paul has contributed to the development of international cybersecurity standards through his work with Interpol and the International Organisation on Computer Evidence (IOCE). He is the host of Theos Cybernova, the firm’s cybersecurity podcast.

Alex Hudelot
Founder and Chief Security OfficerAlex Hudelot founded Theos Cyber in 2019 and leads security strategy and practice development as Chief Security Officer. His career spans over 15 years in cybersecurity across architecture, leadership, and enterprise security programme delivery.
Prior to founding Theos, Alex served as Chief Information Security Officer at a cryptocurrency platform and as Senior Solution Architect at BT Global Services, where he led large-scale security transformations across the Asia-Pacific region.
Alex holds CISSP, CISM, and PMP certifications.
